​Dr. Sherry Gaither is a pastor, educator, author, and transformational life coach devoted to helping women heal, rebuild, and rise strong after life’s defining moments.

Through Empowerment Network International, she provides biblically grounded tools for personal restoration, spiritual growth, and identity
development. Her voice is prophetic yet practical, calling women to courage, clarity,
purpose, and forward movement. She believes women are not called to merely survive,
but to stand strong, soar, and finish well.

Pastor Crum is also the Founder/Executive Director of Douglasville Community Outreach (est. 2000). A non-profit community and faith-based organization.

Her leadership and service have been recognized through many honors. i.e., Director/Founder of the Annual Multi-Cultural Back-to-School Festival, serving 6,000+ families. Recipient of the Georgia Women’s Legislative Caucus Servant Leadership Award (Douglas County) and the Community Trail Blazer Award from the Fit for the Future Community Organization.

Pastor Barbara Taylor was licensed in ministry in 1993 and ordained in 1997 at Greater Calvary Full Gospel Baptist Church under Bishop Jesse N.
Gavin. She has served in international mission work in South Africa and Rwanda and
founded Shoes for the Journey, a ministry providing shoes for children in Rwanda.
