Letter from the President
As a frontline woman in ministry for nearly four decades, I have witnessed the pain women experience when called to ministry, facing refusal of ordination and restrictions on ministering in certain churches.
Our ministry is inspired by the Samaritan woman who met Jesus at the well (John 4:1-30). We are dedicated to breaking down barriers through the Holy Spirit, dismantling walls of tradition and misunderstanding surrounding women's ministry worldwide.
I pray for women to rise and shine in the Father’s glory, not feeling ashamed, inferior, or defeated, but as chosen vessels, royal priests, and heirs—women of excellence, wisdom, and power, anointed by the Holy Spirit. Be steadfast, unmovable, confident, and ready to go forth and do exploits for God.
He who began a good work in you will carry it to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. God is making all things new (Revelation 21:5).

Our Mission & Vision
VISION
Women Excellence International is a global ministry that connects women to God and to one another. It is a part of Dunni Thompson International Ministries.
Our ministry's mission is to inspire, equip, support, and disciple women to live out God’s purpose and promise in their lives.
MISSION
We will fulfill our vision through Membership, Maturity, Ministry, Missions, and Magnification, offering training in conferences, seminars, breakfasts, and retreats. Women will discover their gifts and be empowered to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
Our desire is to encourage every woman in her journey and to provide meaningful opportunities for discipleship. Our connections to one another bring trust, openness, and strength, allowing us to carry each other’s burdens in prayer and fellowship.
The ministry will meet the spiritual and physical needs of women and girls worldwide by training, equipping, encouraging, strengthening, and educating them to become women full of potential and purpose.

Young Ladies
Our focus is on nurturing young ladies and young adults ages 11-17 and 18-25. Young girls will be mentored by older women to live a life of purpose and potential. Our primary goal is to help them answer the questions "Who am I?" and "Why am I here?" by fostering a positive identity and understanding of their purpose in life.
We aim to guide them towards a Christ-centered lifestyle, including teachings on etiquette, financial education, home economics, and health. Additionally, we provide education on the sacredness of sex, singleness, and relationships in a relaxed, informal environment.
The girls will participate in conferences, seminars, breakfast retreats, and online Zoom meetings to meet their needs. They will also have supervised meetings with the opposite sex occasionally (16 plus).
